Les activités de recherche pluridisciplinaire s’articulent autour de quatre grands domaines spécifiques : les matériaux pour l’énergie, les nanomatériaux et effets d’échelle, les matériaux pour l’environnement et le développement durable et la chimie à l’interface avec la santé et le vivant.

Activité scientifique
Thème de recherche :
L’activité de recherche est centrée sur les biomatériaux et vise développer de nouveaux matériaux soit par modification chimique de polymères naturels, soit par polymérisation de synthons biosourcés. Les applications potentielles se situent dans le domaine médical ou environnemental. Il s’agit d’élaborer des surfaces pro-adhésives et bioactives (régénération tissulaire, ostéoinduction…), ou des revêtements antibactériens. Parallèlement, un second axe thématique est orienté vers l’élaboration de Matériaux biosourcés et/ou dégradables pour le développement durable.
